A hidden gem in the heart of beautiful Bavaria. The hotel offered free guest cards for local buses and activities, making exploring the area a breeze. The view from our spacious room was simply breathtaking. The spa and pool provided a relaxing retreat during cloudy days. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel right at home. The well-equipped kitchenette in our cozy apartment was a nice plus. Perfect for families with cars and kids. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

4 stars is a little too much: ancient furniture, staff not really helpful. In the end I had to pay the breakfeast even I did not have it

We had a blast dipping in the heated pool and playing some intense games of bowling in the awesome games room. The spa treatments were next level and left us feeling super relaxed. Plus, the location was perfect for all our adventure needs with hiking, tennis, and skiing right nearby. It was non-stop fun!

The only thing we wished for was a livelier nightlife scene for us young party animals. A cool club or maybe a bar with some sick beats would have made our stay even more lit.

What a find! From front desk [ Judith Geisler ] to restaurant staff to barman the service was excellent. The spa and steam room facilities great. A definitely a return visit is required. A first class hotel and resort.

The rooms are spatious, there is a nice swimming pool, good breakfast, all the staff speaking excellent english and a very nice bartender.

The kitchen in the restaurant closes at 21.15, it seemed a bit early for me and the restaurant itself closes at 21.30.

The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet village in Alps near the wonderful lake. The view is fantastic!!! Perfect place for romantic holiday. Personnel is great - they're very helpful, kind and professional (esp. barmen - he's a star). The food is the hotel restaurant is rally authentic and great - we loved it. They have terrace for breakfasts and dinners. They've been attentive to our wishes in the booking.

It is the first hotel that charge us the towels or bathing robes for the pool.

Spacious Apartments: Our sleek and spacious double-bedroom apartment for four evoked a heady mountain-lodge feel. We felt like we were cocooned in luxury with the rustic cowhides, woven textiles, and wooden details. It was like living in an elegant alpine cocoon!

Unexpected Paperwork: During check-in, we encountered an unpleasant surprise with a lot of unexpected paperwork.
